About: Mark’s clients span the East Coast from various industries: e-Commerce, consulting, brick-and-mortar shops, food restaurants, marketing, and more.
He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and worked for a CPA firm specializing in audit insurance. Then, in 2017 he received his CPA license and started his first accounting business. With over 8 years of experience, he has grown his accounting practice and invests in real estate and startups.

Alerie Sebastian
Co-Founder | Accountant | Consultant
Location: Austin, TX (Virtual)
About: Alerie has over 7 years of experience working in various fields: management consulting, corporate finance, tax preparation, and small business accounting for companies like Princeton University and Johnson & Johnson.
She earned her Master’s degree in Accounting from the #1 ranked graduate program in the nation at The University of Texas at Austin. She also graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Minor in Finance from The College of New Jersey.
After graduating from UT, she built digital tools to help people budget and get of out debt. She’s been a Star Seller on Etsy with best-selling products. Her passion is helping people become financially literate and financially free.
